What are the ingredients in Grandma Ruby’s Fudge?
True to Grandma Ruby’s recipe, we use only the finest, freshest ingredients. The main essentials in all our flavors include premium chocolate, sweet butter, real cream, pure vanilla and of course, a few of Grandma Ruby's secrets.  back to top

Does Grandma Ruby's Fudge include nuts or dairy products?
All of our products include dairy products. Some include nuts, such as walnuts and pecans as well as peanut butter. Please be aware that even our products without nuts can come in contact with nuts in our kitchen, and you should take the necessary precautions. back to top

What flavors of fudge do you have?
Are you kidding? If there’s a flavor, we probably have it -- or we can create it! We offer over a wide variety of flavors plus some additional seasonal items. And, if you're diabetic, try our sucrose free fudge - you'll love it! back to top

Can I order fudge in advance? How far in advance?
We see what you’re getting at... and don’t worry, we won’t tell. We know what it’s like to forget a birthday, anniversary, or another special occasion. You rush to place a last minute order and you pay for the rush delivery as well. At Grandma Ruby’s you can place your order today, specify a future delivery date and we'll take care of the rest. What’s the shelf life of Grandma Ruby's Gourmet Fudge?
Not sure we can answer that, since we don't know of any Grandma Ruby's gourmet fudge lasting more than a couple days. But technically, your fudge will stay fresh and yummy for up to 3 weeks in our shipping package. If you want to save your delicious fudge for much later, it can also be frozen for up to a year. Just wrap it in saran wrap, then aluminum foil and place it in a sealed bag to limit condensation. When you’re ready to eat it, take it out and let stand overnight in the packaging at room temperature. Of course, it’s unlikely you'll ever find this necessary...because there's no such thing as "too much of a good thing!"      back to top

What quantities can I order in?
The minimum shipment is one pound, with increments of 1/2 pound after that. Flavors can be assorted, for example, you could order up to 4 different flavors in a 1 pound shipment or 8 flavors in a 2 pound shipment. back to top

What about shipping?
All shipments originate from our kitchen in Tennessee via USPS. We ship to locations within the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, a physical address is needed. Grandma Ruby's ships orders Monday - Friday except on holidays and within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. During summer months, we may only ship Monday – Thursday. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the address information you provide at checkout via the USPS system. back to top

Are there handling charges?
Presentation is everything (well, almost!). That's why we take such care with the packing of our products and only ship Monday through Thursday. There is a $2.00 handling/packaging charge per order in addition to shipping costs.  At various times of the year it may be necessary to add a cooling pack to ensure arrival in fresh, delicious condition. Additional fees apply May to October. back to top

Oops... what about incorrect shipping information?
Incorrect shipping information will most likely result in the product NOT being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is your responsibility. Address corrections will be subject to carrier handling or correction fees. Therefore, please check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information. back to top

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
At Grandma Ruby's Sweet Shoppe, we put a great deal of care into the preparation, packing and shipping of every order. We guarantee the freshness of our product and your complete satisfaction, or we will make an appropriate replacement or a full refund. back to top
